JGPL specialises in manufacturing Mould flux in both Powder and Granular form for both open casting and Close Casting (under the technical collaboration with M/s Intocast ,AG Germany) of steel for all Grades with stringent Quality checks and control. All our facilities are ISO certified and JGPL is OHSAS certified and our lab is equipped with the most advanced and Hitech testing equipment and facilities.
Our casting powder can substitute oil in steel open casting. Our casting powder is characterised by low density and fast melting rate, which immediately produce liquid slag that acts as lubricant thereby improving surface finish and steel cleanliness significantly.
JGPL manufacture casting powder and granules for casting steel (all grades) at one location in Jamshedpur. We apply most stringent quality standards during manufacturing process to ensure consistent quality. Granular mould flux has better flowability and spreadability, and is more homogenous as compared to powder flux and also provides pollution free environment.
